Welcome to Postefly. By creating an account or using the service at postefly.com ("Postefly", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
Postefly is an online tool that generates event posters from photos and text prompts using AI image models. The output is delivered as digital image files. We may improve, change, or discontinue features at any time.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
- One person or legal entity per account; no shared logins.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
3. Credits and payments
- Posters are generated by consuming credits. Credits are sold as one-time digital packs and have no monetary value outside the service.
- New verified accounts receive 2 free credits as a welcome grant. Free credits are limited to 2 per person, lifetime.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe acts as our Merchant of Record for the transaction and handles applicable VAT/sales tax.
- By purchasing credits you authorise Stripe to charge the amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes.
- Credits do not expire while your account is active. They are forfeited if your account is deleted.
4. Refunds
Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. Because credits unlock immediately and AI generations consume real compute, purchases are generally final once credits are used. We will refund unused credits in good faith on a case-by-case basis.
5. Your content and licence
- You retain all rights to the photos and text you upload ("Inputs").
- You grant Postefly a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process your Inputs solely to provide the service (e.g. sending them to our AI provider, storing the generated poster).
- You own the posters you generate. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any people, brands, or copyrighted material shown in your Inputs and outputs.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Postefly to create or distribute content that:
- Depicts minors in a sexualised way, or any CSAM;
- Is non-consensual intimate imagery or harassing deepfakes;
- Incites violence, terrorism, or hatred against protected groups;
- Infringes third-party copyright, trademark, or publicity rights;
- Impersonates real people or organisations without permission;
- Violates applicable law in your jurisdiction.
We may remove content and terminate accounts that violate this section without refund.
7. AI output disclaimer
AI image generation is non-deterministic. Outputs may contain artefacts, inaccuracies, or unexpected content. Postefly does not guarantee the suitability of any output for a specific purpose. You review and approve outputs before using them publicly.
8. Service availability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Postefly's total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Account deletion
You can request account deletion from your billing page. We schedule deletion with a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel. After 30 days, your account, posters, uploaded photos and remaining credits are permanently removed.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. EU consumer protections that apply by mandatory law are not affected.
