Postefly sells one-time credit packs that you use to generate AI posters. Because each generation consumes real AI compute the moment you start it, credits are treated as a digital service that begins immediately.
1. EU right of withdrawal — digital content
Under EU Directive 2011/83, consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content delivered immediately, this right ends as soon as performance begins, provided the consumer gave prior express consent and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right.
By purchasing credits, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that:
- Credits are added to your account instantly;
- You lose your 14-day right of withdrawal for credits that have been used to generate posters;
- Unused credits remain refundable for 14 days from purchase (see below).
2. What we refund
- Unused credits, within 14 days of purchase: full refund of the unused portion. We calculate it pro-rata against the pack price you paid.
- Charged but service unavailable: if a generation fails because of an issue on our side and we cannot refund the credit automatically, contact support and we will refund or re-credit you.
- Unauthorised payment: contact us immediately. We cooperate fully with Stripe's chargeback procedure.
3. What we do not refund
- Credits that have already been consumed by a successful generation;
- Dissatisfaction with the artistic outcome of an AI-generated poster (AI output is inherently variable — preview carefully before using your credits);
- Accounts terminated for violating the Terms of Service.
4. How to request a refund
Email info@postefly.com from the address on your account, with:
- The Stripe receipt or payment date;
- The reason for the refund request.
We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe; bank processing can take an additional 5–10 days.
5. Tax (VAT) on refunds
Refunds include the VAT/sales tax that was collected at checkout, because Stripe acts as Merchant of Record for the transaction.
6. EU online dispute resolution
EU consumers can use the European Commission's ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr to resolve disputes online.
